Anne Cameron is a belly dancing instructor, and retired teacher, from Kitchener, Ontario. Over the past 12 years, Anne has raised thousands of dollars for CW4WAfghan's work in Afghanistan by... belly dancing! As this article explains, she does this "by leading belly dancing workshops for groups of women as diverse as Mennonites and girls’-night-out party goers, and with junior kindergarteners to octogenarians." Anne is an example of a CW4WAfghan member who has used a personal skill to make her own unique fundraising initiative, using her talent to change the lives of women and girls thousands of miles away in the process. Join this workshop to find out all about how Anne does it, and pick up some beginner belly dancing skills in the process! No experience required!
